Join our Priority Waiting List in order to have the best chance of receiving your desired floor plan and move-in date. A non-refundable $100 holding deposit is all it takes to join the Priority Waiting List.

If you choose not to pay the holding deposit, your application will be received but will not be processed. See our Frequently Asked Questions page for more info about the holding deposit!
